Lovable Analytics vs VibeMetrics
Last updated Nov 3, 2026
Lovable's built-in Analytics is free and needs no setup. It tells you how many visits your app gets and from where. It doesn't tell you who signed up or paid; that's the part VibeMetrics adds.
What Lovable Analytics does well
- It's included on every Lovable plan and starts counting when you publish. Nothing to install.
- Visits, page views, visit duration and engagement, split into channels: SEO & AI, Social, Referral, Direct and Ads.
- Top sources, pages, countries and devices, for up to the last 90 days.
- It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your visitors' browsers.
- With a linked Google Ads or Meta account, it shows your campaigns' spend and results, and Lovable can suggest what to do next.
If all you need is a sense of your traffic, it's a great place to start.
What it doesn't show
- Who signed up or paid. Lovable's own docs say: to track steps such as sign-up and purchase, connect a dedicated analytics tool such as PostHog.
- People, only visits. A reload, a new tab or a return later counts as a new visit, and visits aren't linked to one person, so someone who came from Reddit on Monday and paid on Thursday can't be connected.
- UTM campaigns by name: Lovable uses UTM tags to pick the channel, but doesn't group visits by campaign.
- History beyond 90 days.

Use both
VibeMetrics doesn't replace anything in Lovable; it adds one small script. Keep Lovable's Analytics for its SEO checks and ad results, and use VibeMetrics for the question it can't answer: which channel brings signups and paying customers.
Setup takes about five minutes: see our guide on adding analytics to a Lovable or Bolt app.
See where your paying customers come from.
